1. Gather the required hardware and tools 0:02

  • You will need a 3 mm bit.
  • Have the screw and holding pin ready.
  • Make sure the locking handle assembly and arm fixing shoulder bolt are on hand before starting.

2. Install the screw into the locking handle assembly 0:19

  • Insert the pre-positioned screw into the locking handle assembly.
  • Tighten it until it is nice and snug.
  • Apply blue Loctite to help keep the fastener secure.
  • Rotate the assembly into position once the screw is installed.

3. Spread the arm open for access 0:49

  • Open the arm slightly to create room for the next hardware installation.
  • This makes it easier to align and insert the shoulder bolt.

4. Install the arm fixing shoulder bolt 0:49

  • Insert the arm fixing shoulder bolt into the arm.
  • This part can be a little difficult to get seated, so take your time.
  • Make sure it passes through correctly and is fully in place.

5. Secure the bolt with the M4 anti-loosening nut 1:12

  • Install the M4 anti-loosening nut on the other side of the shoulder bolt.
  • Tighten it until the bolt is fully secured.
  • Confirm the hardware is all the way through and properly fastened.

6. Verify the assembly is complete 1:22

  • Check that the arm lock assembly is installed correctly.
  • Ensure the fasteners are snug and secured with Loctite where needed.
  • The installation is complete once the bolt and nut are fully seated.
