8.1 Section 1: Chassis

Check for deformed props, touching props, damaged cutting edge, or damage on the non-cutting edge that is larger than 5mm

Prop Clamp (remove clamp visual inspection)
Prop clamp and propeller set should be set underneath the respective arm before inspection. The top prop clamp should be unfasted and set with propellers for inspection.

Foam motor covers should be removed before inspection

Electronic Speed Controllers (ESCs)
Check for a solid connection of the power and signal wire. Ensure no physical damage to the inside face of ESC. inspect the safety light and light cover for damage.

FPV / Operational Camera
Physical condition of FPV module. Look for cracks in the camera cap , loose or broken signal plugs and the installed FPV bracket if applicable.

Lidar
Look for broken or scratch glass , damage to the housing or chemical film build up on the front face of the lidar. For J70 and J150 ensure the plastic washers are installed between the k-bracket and the lidar module.

     

3.6

Obstacle Avoidance Systems
Top radar , front lidar, and rear radar. Hold the radar unit with one hand and tap the housing with the other (top , bottom and sides) and listen for rattling of debris inside of the radar. Complete visual inspection of the unit to ensure no chemical has made its way inside the unit.

     

3.7

RTK Positioning System
Check for loose housing , ensure the GPS main and sub antenna are not rattling inside the housing. Ensure the guild pin for the antenna housing is not pressing into harness cables.

Remote Controller
Does the RC power on? Has the RC charge level changed since you started the repair?
Does the RC prompt for the Remote ID? Is there a section to input the Remote ID?

Antennas (Aircraft)
Look for damage to the cable and confirm the cable has not been excessively twisted .Ensure the anti vibration sleeve is installed and secure.

     

3.11

Anti-Collision Lighting
Check for cracks in the front glass of lights, ensure no damage to cable. Confirm the infrared light harness plugs are covered if the infrared leds are not installed on the drone.

8.4 Section 4: Spraying Systems

4.1

Spray Nozzles (CCMS Mist Nozzles)
Do the atomizer top and bottom disc spin freely?
Look for chemical build up separating modules from each other. Is the harness plug damaged?

Solenoid valve
Look for damage to the solenoid unit, does the solenoid fit in the spray boot? Look for cracks in the inlet / outlet pipe. Look for chemical build up at the harness plug.

     

4.2

Pumps
Look for chemical build up separating the pump module apart. Inspect harness plugs for chemical build up. Pull on pump units to ensure the tank is not cracked. Ensure the tank pump nut is secure and not riding itself off. ( use thread tape to ensure nut does not ride itself loose)

     

4.3

Flow Meter
Pull the flowmeter unit to ensure it is attached to the spray tank. Pinch and spread the inlet / outlet pipes to ensure the plastic is not cracked / broken.
Inspect the harness cable and inside of the flowmeter for chemical build up.

     

4.4

Empty Tank Sensor / Liquid Level Sensor
Inspect the inside of the tank to ensure the float sensor moves and is tightly secured to the bottom of the tank. Inspect the tank weight sensors for Anti vibration pads for weight sensors and rubber caps for weight sensors.
Inspect harness cables for damage or chemicals inside.

     

4.5

Hosing & Fluid Lines
Checking for holes , cuts or wear points in liquid payload hose. Ensure hose elbows and nuts are secure.Check for blockages in the clear part of the payload hose.

     

4.6

Valves (customer if they want banjo valve or no valve )
Actuate the value to ensure the valve is opening and closing fully.

     

4.7

Spray Tank
Check for cracks in the tank at seams and at points of contact. Look for the main seal and pressure relief seal on the tank lid. Ensure lid string is installed.

Ensure the spinner and throw motor both spin. Ensure harness cable does not have chemical or damage to pins.

8.5 Section 5: Remote Controller

Display
Check for cracks / screen separation / scratches to screen. Ensure display backlight works.

     

5.2

Control Sticks
RC reads 100 values in all 4 directions for both sticks. Ensure RC reads stick value when moved both slow and fast.

Buttons
Ensure all buttons beep when pressed. ( check for errors after pressing all buttons.)

Batteries
Ensure RC battery charges. Check cycle count of RC battery ( J150 > device > RC > running status)

     

5.5

Rocker wheels
Ensure wheels read a value of 100 when maxing out left/right position. Ensure the wheel reads accurately at both fast and slow speed.

     

5.6

Core Components (rear I/O)
Check ports for debris. Ensure rubber covers are installed

     

5.7

Antennas
Remove the antennas from the RC , inspect the connection , ensure the pin is straight. Ensure the rubber seal is installed on both antennas. Lightly pull on the antenna unit to ensure the internal portion of the antenna is secure and does NOT spin indefinitely.
