DJI Aircraft is Drifting

A list of things to check if your aircraft is experiencing drift.

  • First thing you will want to try is power cycling the aircraft.
  • Potential Propulsion issue
    • Check all props are in the correct positions
    • Check your motors physically for temperature differences or grinding. 
    • Check Motor Data for differences. 
    • Check for any imperfections in the arms or a loose locking handle and loose bolts. 
  • Aircraft is going in and out of Attitude mode. 
    • Check the connections from the RF Module to RTK Modules
    • Replace RTK Modules
    • Replace RF Module
  • Aircraft is having barometer drift
    • Do IMU Calibration 
    • Replace Barometer
    • Replace Aerial Electronics Module
