Inspecting Composite Arm Cable on Agras T50

  1. Purpose: Monthly inspection process to ensure safety and functionality of the composite arm cable on the T50.

  2. Steps for Inspection:

    • Inspect both ends of the ESC cable for corrosion or scorching.

    • Check where the centrifugal nozzle plugs in for any corrosion or scorching.

    • Examine where it plugs into the cable distribution board for scorching, corrosion, or damage to waterproofing seals.

    • Inspect visible sections of the cable for kinks, damage to shielding, frayed wires, or disconnected signal cables.

    • Look for any noticeable damage along the arm, including any nicks or wrapping issues.

  3. Recommendation by DJI:

    • Replace composite cables through arms at 700 flight hours for optimal maintenance and safety.
