Arm Composite Cable Inspection for the DJI Agras T50 Drone
Inspecting Composite Arm Cable on Agras T50

Purpose: Monthly inspection process to ensure safety and functionality of the composite arm cable on the T50.

Steps for Inspection:

Inspect both ends of the ESC cable for corrosion or scorching.

Check where the centrifugal nozzle plugs in for any corrosion or scorching.

Examine where it plugs into the cable distribution board for scorching, corrosion, or damage to waterproofing seals.

Inspect visible sections of the cable for kinks, damage to shielding, frayed wires, or disconnected signal cables.

Look for any noticeable damage along the arm, including any nicks or wrapping issues.

Recommendation by DJI:

Replace composite cables through arms at 700 flight hours for optimal maintenance and safety.
