      Battery Type Not Recognized

      The battery is not supported on your T30 charger firmware. You will also just see the light on the charger blinking red and not charging batteries.

      Cause:

      1. You are using the DB1560 batteries
        1. These are a newer battery and are only supported on the newest firmware.

      Solutions:

      1. Update T30 charger to 05.02.0544 or newer.

      Conclusion:

      This is an easy fix, just make sure to have usb-c cable plugged into the T30 or T40 remote and back of the charger.
