Centrifugal Motor ESC error, disconnected, or low voltage
Centrifugal Motor ESC error, disconnected, or low voltage
Cause:
- Faulty connection on power-up
- The lower cover is worn or jammed up.
- The cable connection is faulty
- The centrifugal motor has gone out
- Power board
Diagnosing:
- If you are seeing this issue in both arms there is a good chance it is only 1 that has the issue and throwing each other off.
- Take off the disk and lower cover and inspect.
- Disconnect the cable that runs from the motor up the spray rod. Check both of these connection points.
- If there is another spray tank, switch tanks to see if issue stays or leaves.
- If it stays it is an issue with the drone, if it disappears it is an issue on the tank.
Solutions:
- Restart Aircraft
- Downgrade and Reupdate Firmware
- Replace Centrifugal Motor
- Replace Centrifugal Sprinkler Signal Cable
- Replace ESC Composite Cable
- Replace Power Distribution Board
- If the problem still exists contact Agri Spray Drones
Conclusion:
The most common fix is to replace one of the centrifugal motors if restarting or updating doesn't work. If the problem still exists, check for other damages to other parts listed.
