Generator Requirements For Running DJI Battery Charging Station

• 240V 50A Plug
• 9500 Running Watts minimum
• 50Hz output
  • Some generators claim 60Hz output but only output 50Hz so be wary of the truth of the box claims.
  • Higher output here will hinder the performance of the charging station and can make fast charging impossible. For compatibility a generator that is known to output 50Hz or have adjustable frequency output is mandatory.

Caution: Avoid Dual Fuel models

• They can have varying rpm ranges that may change the Hz of the output. 
• We have not seen anyone have good experiences using these type of generators

Note: This is an area we find customer experiences vary greatly. There are many brands of generators out there and they seem to be all made differently. We use Westinghouse and have since the beginning of Agri Spray Drones. They are relatively cheap, however, we have found they do get the job done time after time.
