Your hopper gate servo is having an issue.
Cause:
- The number one cause of this issue is that something has gotten stuck in between the gate and or gears.
- If it detects something is giving resistance it will go into emergency stop to prevent damages from occurring.
- Improper installation of hopper gate
Diagnosing:
- Let your product manually dump out, and analyze the gate openings and gears.
- You can also run products through it manually to try and get stuck items out.
- Ensure you properly installed the optional hopper gate.
Solutions:
- Restart Aircraft
- Remove the lodged item causing issues.
- Take off the gate, clean, and reinsert.
- Very important when reinstalling that you make sure your alignment lines are aligned.
- Fix improperly installed hopper gate.
