Hopper Gate Servo Triggered Emergency Stop

Cause:

1. The number one cause of this issue is that something has gotten stuck in between the gate and or gears. 
   1. If it detects something is giving resistance it will go into emergency stop to prevent damages from occurring.
2. Improper installation of hopper gate

Diagnosing:

1. Let your product manually dump out, and analyze the gate openings and gears. 
2. You can also run products through it manually to try and get stuck items out.
3. Ensure you properly installed the optional hopper gate.

Solutions:

1. Restart Aircraft
2. Remove the lodged item causing issues.
3. Take off the gate, clean, and reinsert. 
   1. Very important when reinstalling that you make sure your alignment lines are aligned. 
4. Fix improperly installed hopper gate.

Conclusion:

Typically this is the fix for the issue, if it is still present, please call tech support!
