DJI - RC Fails To Open Agras App

When RC is powered on, the app fails to open, the screen displays DJI and then the app pops up, then the screen shows DJI again, and the loop continues. So far we have really only seen this on the T30 RC.

Cause:

  1. Issue with RC booting up correctly
    1. Actual reason is unknown

Solutions:

  1. Reset the RC
    1. Press and hold the power button and the Return to home button for 15-20 sec

Conclusion:

Reason is unknown but this is the best course of action to solve the problem. This can also be used to solve other problems with the RC as well.
