Spray Disk Leaking
Somewhere within the spray system it is not getting shut off properly.
Cause:
- The number 1 cause of this problem is the anti-leak valve core and spring which is located where the arm hose meets the flow meter hose.
- Imperfections in the spinner disk or not properly put on and causing a sealing issue.
- Centrifugal motor lower cover could have an imperfection.
Diagnosing:
- Check to make sure the anti-leak core and spring are inserted.
- Swap them with the other side to see if the problem switches sides.
- Take off the spinner disk and make sure it is pushed up and sealed when reinserting.
Solutions:
- The most common issue is needing an extra spring or a new anti-leak valve core and spring.
- The next solution would be a new spray disk.
- Third would be a new lower cover
- If none of these fix issues, follow tubing and check for imperfections.
Conclusion:
Usually this is a simple cheap fix with the valve core and spring.
