Centrifugal Nozzle Error

An error is occurring where one or both of the spraying systems are not working and is giving the centrifugal motor error. The error could be shown for both nozzles, but the issue could be solved by just fixing one side.

Cause:

  1. One cause can be that one or both motors have gone bad.
  2. One or both of the Exhaust valve cables have gone bad.
    1. This is the jumper cable that goes from the cable in the arm to the motor itself
  3. The spray module is bad.
  4. One of the arm's ESC cables is bad.

Diagnosing:

  1. Check and make sure all connections are good from the Exhaust cable to the motor, all the way to the ESC cable to the power distribution board.

Solutions:

  1. Try hooking up a new centrifugal motor.
    1. This is usually what will solve the problem, or just a poor connection to the motor itself
  2. Run a new exhaust valve cable and plug that into the motor.
  3. Run an ESC cable on the outside of the arm and plug it into the Exhaust cable
  4. If it seems like the centrifugal motors are good and all connections are good there may be a problem with the spray module and that will need to be replaced

Conclusion:

There are several solutions to this problem and some troubleshooting will need to be done to solve the issue. Most of the time this issue will be solved by fixing the centrifugal motor but there can be other solutions that will need to be worked through.
