Cable Distribution Board Inspection for the DJI Agras T50 Drone
Guide to Inspecting the Cable Distribution Board on the Agras T50

Preparation
-
Unplug all connections from the cable distribution board.
-
Remove the upper radar cover.
-
Take out the six screws holding the board in place on either side.

Removing the Board
-
Lift the board to start removing the tube on the back of the area electronics module without causing damage.

Pull the board out carefully.
-

Inspecting the Modules
-
Remove the four screws holding each module on the board.
-
Set aside the modules for individual inspections.
-

Checking for Damage
-
Look for corrosion, scorching, or damage to the plug and sealing surface.
-
Inspect for any bent pins, cracks in plugs, scorching, or corrosion on the module.

Check the front frame for any damage near the mounts.
-

Maintenance Recommendations
-
DJI recommends replacing these parts at 700 hours.
-
Complete this maintenance annually.
