How To Install The Small Hopper Gate On The Dji Agras T50/T25 Spreading System

Objective

To replace the large gate with a small gate on the T-50 spreader in order to ensure proper seed distribution during spreading.

Key Steps

1. Remove the clip and thumb nut from the large gate.

2. Unclip the spinner disc and remove the clips around the edges.

3. Use a screwdriver to take out the small set screws holding the bracket in place.

4. Remove the snap ring using snap ring pliers.

5. Remove Large Hole hopper gate.

6. Insert and align the small gate with the notches on the servo arm to ensure proper alignment.

7. Install snap ring.

8. Install spinner disk bracket and tighten set screws to fix the bracket to spinner shaft.

9. Ensure all parts are securely in place.

10. Attach upper spinner skirt to spreader body.

11. Install spinner disk, washer, fixing nut and cotter pin. (Remember wing nut is reverse thread)
