How to get your EAV J100 crash/issue under warranty.

For a Crash:

Do not move the drone from the crash location.

Step 1: Get a video walking around the drone at the crash location.

Step 2: Get a 360-degree view of the area that the drone crashed.

  • This can be a video taken in the spot the drone crashed by slowly spinning in a full circle to highlight any obstacles in the vicinity. 

Step 3: Take a picture of the serial number nameplate on the side of the drone frame.

Step 4: Take the drone to a location with an internet connection.

Step 5: Get the drone powered on. 

  • If the drone requires work to power on, complete all necessary work to get the drone able to be powered on and keep track of all parts required.
  • If you are unable to complete the work to power on the drone or are having someone else repair the drone (i.e. a dealer or Agri Spray Drones) skip step 5 and step 6.

Step 6: Upload the flight logs for the aircraft and the FPV logs.

  • You must have a strong internet connection to complete this step.

Step 7: Complete the form listed at the top and bottom of the document and our warranty team will reach out shortly.

For a Non-Crash Related Error:

Step 1: Get a video of the error occurring that includes the drone serial number.

Step 2: Get a picture of the drone serial number plate on the side of the drone frame.

Step 3: Complete the form listed at the top and bottom of the document and our warranty team will reach out shortly.
