Frame Inspection for the DJI Agras T50 Drone
Inspecting Frame on Agras T50 Aircraft

Purpose: Yearly inspection of airframe to ensure safety and prevent premature failure.

Inspection Process:
-
Start by removing the tank of the aircraft.
- Shine a light into the corners and around the arm connectors looking for any damage to the aircraft frame.
- Check all 4 corners of the aircraft.
- Look square at the front of the drone to see if there are any bends or damage to the side frame rails.
- Look around anything mounted to the side rails of the frame for damage hidden underneath.
- Check the cable distribution and power distribution module videos for inspection the front and rear frame rails.

Maintenance Recommendation:

DJI recommends replacing frame after 700 hours of flight.
