How to connect DigiFarm RTK or CORS Network - HD408 AutoSteer

 

The HD408 system can be used with most state CORS networks or a DigiFarm subscription. 

Contact your state department of transportation for availability and connection instructions in your area.

 

DigiFarm RTK is a high-precision cellular RTK correction service used in agriculture to improve the accuracy of GPS-guided equipment. 

Suggested DigiFarm Mount Points:

  • VBN_RTCM3_TRM
  • VBN_RTCM3_NOV
  • VBN_MSM_BETA 

1. Click the gray 'Radio Station' correction sources tab in the upper left hand corner of the screen

2. Click the 'Manual Selection' tab 

3. Ensure 'CORS Station' is selected on the left side of the screen

4. Input your DigiFarm or CORS network credentials in the corresponding boxes. 

5. Click the 'Reset GNSS' box in the bottom right hand corner of the screen 

6. Click 'OK' and wait for the system to switch sources

7. Exit to the home screen via the back arrow

8. The number of satellites will reset to 0 and begin to climb. 'Invalid' or 'Single point' RTK may be displayed. 

9. Wait for a few minutes (10-15 max) for the system to reach 'FIXED' RTK

10. Begin operation
