Impeller Pump Motor Inspection for the DJI Agras T50 Drone
Inspecting the Pump Motor of the Agras T50

Remove Pump from Tank
-
Take out pump from the bottom of the tank.

Inspect all seals.

Detach Pump Module
-
Remove three 2mm screws holding the pump module to the pump motor.

Disconnect the pump module.
-

Inspect Pump Motor
-
Check for corrosion.
-
Look for damage to the protective coating on the motor.
-
Spin the shaft to ensure it moves with the magnetic disc.
-

Inspect Seals
-
Examine the seal around the shaft.
-
Check the seal around the motor itself.
-
Missing a seal could lead to leaks.
-

Check for Motor Issues
- Listen for any grinding noises coming from the motor.

Maintenance Schedule
-
DJI recommends replacing this part after 700 hours of flight.
- This is part of your monthly inspection.
