Inaccurate Spray Rate

If you are seeing this problem where your rate is not accurate but not seeing any error codes check these items.

Potential Reasons

The inner part of the impeller pump is worn or scorched, or the shaft is broken.

The one-way valve cannot be fully opened. (Anti leak valve and core)

The hosing somewhere in the system is kinked or above the centrifugal sprinkler is bent.

The sprinkler is worn or damaged.

Troubleshooting

Disassemble the impeller pump and check whether the shaft is broken and whether the impeller is worn seriously. If yes, replace the pump.

Replace the valve.

Remove the hose and check whether it is bent. If yes, replace the hose.

Disassemble the sprinkler and check whether it is worn, scorched or damaged. If yes, replace the sprinkler.
