Spray Rod Inspection of the DJI Agras T50 Drone
Inspecting the Spray Rod on Agras T50

Checking for Firmness

Wiggle the spray rod to ensure it is firmly in place.

Note any play between the rubber piece and the spray rod.

Identifying Damage

If there is play between the rubber piece and the spray rod, it indicates damage.

Damaged spray rods need to be replaced or reseated properly.

Checking the Nut
-
Look for any movement near the nut on the spray rod.

Remove the nut and ensure it fully seats back into place.

Proper Seating
-
Align the notch on the spray rod with the notch on the motor for proper seating.

Ensure the spray rod fits all the way up into place.

Wiggle the spray rod while tightening the nut to ensure it fully seats without early threading.

Maintenance Schedule
-
DJI recommends replacing the spray rod and spray rod fixing nut after 700 flight hours.
-
This inspection and maintenance should be part of the monthly routine.
