      J100 Flow of Power Overview

      This article outlines the flow of power through the J100 drone system, detailing how power is distributed from the battery to various components. It highlights the connections and functionality of key systems powered by the CPU and Battery.

      Power Distribution from Battery 0:18

      • The J100 features two terminal plugs for power distribution: positive and negative.

      • Power is supplied directly from the battery to the motor and ESC via a dedicated power cable.

      • Each of the four arms is wired similarly, with cables running through the frame to connect front arms to the rear power supply.

       

      Power Supply to CPU and Components 1:14

      • Power is routed from the battery to the CPU at the front of the drone.

      • The CPU powers various systems, including:

        • Front LIDAR

        • Downward LIDAR

        • Auxiliary lights

        • FPV camera

        • GPS antenna system

      • Signal wires to ESCs do not supply power; they carry telemetry information only.

      • The left antenna contains a board powered by the CPU.

      • This board transmits power and information through a coax cable to the right antenna, facilitating signal reception.

       

      Power for Spray System 3:11

      • The spray system receives power directly from the battery terminal.

      • Power is supplied to the ESC for the spray nozzles, which connects to the solenoid valve at the end of the arm.

       

      Additional Components Powered by CPU 2:37

      • The CPU also powers:

        • Pumps on the tank

        • Flow meter

        • Weight scales

      • These components connect through a spray bus cable to the CPU.
