J100 Forward Looking Lidar Errors

Encoder Status Abnormality, Front Radar No Data, Front Perception Sensor Timing Error.

Causes:

1. Drone needs a complete reboot
2. Drone could be behind on a firmware
3. Front Lidar could be malfunctioning

Solutions:

1. Restart the aircraft (including internal battery)
2. Check/refresh firmware (including cpu)
3. Check/clean lidar and connections
4. Replace Forward Looking Lidar
5. Replace Radar Signal Cable

Conclusion: 

Most commonly the problem stims from the forward looking lidar. This could be the firmware just needs refreshed or the part is damaged. Please check out the photo and video below!
