J100 Gear Busbar Overcurrent Fault

Causes:

  1. Nozzle ESC connection has a fault. 
  2. Cable has been damaged

Solutions:

  1. Disconnect and Reconnect The Nozzle ESC.
    Click here for a new Nozzle ESC V2.   Nozzle ESC V1. 
  2. Disconnect and Reconnect the Spray Bus.
    Click here for a new spray bus.
  3. Disconnect and Reconnect the Rear Boom Wiring Harness.
    Click here for a new Rear Boom Wiring Harness.
  4. Check the J100 Electromagnetic valve assembly.
    Click here for a new J100 Electromagnetic valve assembly.
  5. Replace the Nozzle ESC.
    Click here for a new Nozzle ESC V2.   Nozzle ESC V1.

  1. Replace the Rear Boom Wiring Harness.

Conclusion: 

This fault is most commonly caused by an issue with the nozzle ESC. The connection may be broken, or the ESC could be shorted. Please inspect the connection carefully.
