J100 not following terrain

Causes:

1. Drone could need a full reset
2. Drone could be behind on a firmware
3. Lidar could be malfunctioning

Solutions:

1. Restart the aircraft (including internal)
2. Check firmware (including cpu)
3. Check lidar connections
4. Clean Ground Radar
5. Replace Ground Radar

Conclusion: 

Most common cause we have seen has revolved around the lidar whether it be a firmware bug or the lidar going out.
