J100- How to Swap Terminal Blocks V1 and V2

Key Steps

 

1. Gather Tools and Identify Terminal Blocks 0:01

• Required tools:

  • 3mm bit

  • 2.5mm bit

• Identify V2 terminal blocks by extra terminals and 3mm screws.

 

2. Remove Existing Terminal Block 0:17

• Undo the two screws on the terminal block.

• Peel the terminal block off.

 

3. Remove Shoulder Bolts for V1 to V2 Swap 0:32

• For V1 to V2 swaps, remove the four shoulder bolts using the 2.5mm bit.

 

4. Keep Wires Organized 0:49

• Maintain the position of wires to avoid confusion.

• Note that larger wires go in the middle.
