J150 Hand Drawn Mapping

This article provides the steps to hand draw boundaries and fields on the J150. Also providing how to create sections within the boundaries for custom jobs such as levees, fence lines, orchard work and more.

Steps:

1. Go into Operations Mode on the RC

2. Select the arrow on the left, then select 'Input field name' enter your field name and select 'confirm'

3. Confirm entered info and select 'Next'

4. Select the Icon shown below and then select 'Hand drawn'

5. Move the crosshairs to desired location and select add, this will begin to create the boundary of the field.

6.  Select 'Save' when the boundary is complete.

Your field has now been successfully created.

 

 

If you want to only spray one or two passes but you don't want to spray the whole field. Such as spraying levees, fence lines, Orchards or other custom application follow the steps below:

1. You need to make a boundary if you haven't done so already. (Follow the steps above in the article for boundary field creation.

Once field is created continue below

2. Select the desired field and select 'Hand Drawn'.

3. Name the New Route and select 'Confirm' when done.

4. Move the crosshairs where you wish to drop a point and select 'Add', continue to do this till you have the area you wish to spray complete.

5. Select 'Save' when complete.

6. Now when you select that field, you should see the area within the field you you just created.
