J150 Replace/Install the Nozzle ESC to the Spray Nozzle

This article covers the steps to remove/ replace the nozzle ESC and installing the nozzle ESC with the proper connection for the three wires (Red, Green, Yellow).

How to access or remove the Nozzle ESC

Steps:

1. To Access wires and connections from the Nozzle ESC to the Spray Nozzle, you need to remove 6 bolts around the top of the outside.

(Picture Shown Below).

2. Nozzle ESC wires are connected to the spray nozzle by 3 bolts

Red wire connects to A.

Green wire connects to B.

Yellow wire connects to C.

Disconnect all three bolts to disconnect the wires and remove the Nozzle ESC from the nozzle.

How to install the Nozzle ESC and connect it to the Nozzle.

Steps:

1. Connect the three wires from the nozzle to the nozzle ESC with the three bolts 

Red wire connects to A.

Green wire connects to B.

Yellow wire connects to C.

2.  Next, connect the 6 bolts around the top of the outside of the nozzle ESC to the Nozzle.

Now your Nozzle ESC is connected to the Spray Nozzle and ready to be plugged back into the J150.
