Taylor's Quick advice:
- Spray drone swath is subjective impacted by many factors.
- YOU need to understand what those factors are, and make your own decision on what swath to set.
- In general, from 2-5 gallons/acre at 10-15 ft high and flying at 20-30 mph, 35 ft swath is appears to be pretty consistent and has been field tested and approved by many operators.
- But keep in mind, it is not just the below parameters that affect swath. Temp, wind, humidity, product density/type, and crop type/canopy all effect swath.
