Liquid Level Meter Inspection on the DJI Agras T50 Drone

Inspecting Liquid Level Sensors on the Agras T50

  1. Check the White Float in the Tank

    • Ensure it is unobstructed by residue or solids.

    • Confirm proper movement.

  2. Inspect the Physical Connection

    • Check the connection with the liquid level sensor at the bottom of the tank.

    • Verify the wire is not frayed and connections are in good shape at the top.

  3. Test the Liquid Level Meter

    • Install the tank into the drone.

    • Add half a gallon of water and spray it out until the tank is empty.

    • Ensure the liquid level meter reads properly.

    • Note that the meter only reads the last half gallon in the tank.

  4. Monitoring and Maintenance

    • If the meter does not read the last half gallon correctly, it may need servicing.

    • DJI recommends replacing liquid level meters every 700 flight hours.

    • This is part of your daily maintenance.
