Inspecting Airframe Screws on Agras T50 Aircraft

1. Purpose: Monthly inspection of airframe screws to ensure safety and prevent premature failure.

2. Tools Needed: 3mm Allen screwdriver, 16 mm socket, red lock tight.

3. Inspection Process:

   • Start by randomly checking three screws per arm connector with the Allen screwdriver to ensure they are tight.

   • Visually inspect all screws on the arm connector for any stripped heads or physical damage.

   • Proceed to check screws around the entire aircraft, replacing any damaged or loose screws.

   • Strip off coverings to access arm connector if needed for thorough inspection and replacement.

   • Move to landing gear and inspect screws on cross beams, ensuring heads are not stripped and screws are not warped.

   • Check screws on landing gear fixing pieces and tighten or replace damaged or loose screws.

   • Lastly, inspect arm pins, apply red thread locker (high strength), and tighten with a 16 mm socket.

4. Maintenance Recommendation:

   • DJI recommends replacing airframe screws after 700 hours of flight.
