Tools Needed: 3mm Allen screwdriver, 16 mm socket, red lock tight.

Inspection Process:

Start by randomly checking three screws per arm connector with the Allen screwdriver to ensure they are tight.

Visually inspect all screws on the arm connector for any stripped heads or physical damage.

Proceed to check screws around the entire aircraft, replacing any damaged or loose screws.

Strip off coverings to access arm connector if needed for thorough inspection and replacement.

Move to landing gear and inspect screws on cross beams, ensuring heads are not stripped and screws are not warped.

Check screws on landing gear fixing pieces and tighten or replace damaged or loose screws.

Lastly, inspect arm pins, apply red thread locker (high strength), and tighten with a 16 mm socket.

Maintenance Recommendation:

DJI recommends replacing airframe screws after 700 hours of flight.
