Guide to Inspecting the Cable Distribution Board on the Agras T50

1. Preparation

   • Unplug all connections from the cable distribution board.

   • Remove the upper radar cover.

   • Take out the six screws holding the board in place on either side.

2. Removing the Board

   • Lift the board to start removing the tube on the back of the area electronics module without causing damage.

   • Pull the board out carefully.

3. Inspecting the Modules

   • Remove the four screws holding each module on the board.

   • Set aside the modules for individual inspections.

4. Checking for Damage

   • Look for corrosion, scorching, or damage to the plug and sealing surface.

   • Inspect for any bent pins, cracks in plugs, scorching, or corrosion on the module.

   • Check the front frame for any damage near the mounts.

5. Maintenance Recommendations

   • DJI recommends replacing these parts at 700 hours.

   • Complete this maintenance annually.
