Centrifugal Nozzle Inspection of the DJI Agras T50 Drone
Inspecting Centrifugal Nozzles on the Agras T50

Remove Spray Rod
- Unscrew the spray rod fixing nut.
- Disconnect the hose and cable in the end of the arm.
- Remove the spray rod from the drone completely.
- Remove the Centrifugal Motor

Take out three 2.5mm screws from the top of the motor to drop it out.

Disconnect Hose

Disconnect the hose from the motor lower cover and separate the pieces.

Separate Lower Cover
-
Remove three 2mm screws to separate the lower cover from the motor.

Inspect Motor Components

Check motor sealing ring and centrifugal valve rubber pad for corrosion, pinching, or buildup.

Spin the shaft to ensure it's not damaged.

Inspect lower cover for damage or clogs.
-

Inspect Solenoid
-
Check the plug on the solenoid for damage or corrosion.
-
Physically inspect for any dents or damage.
-

Check Nozzle
-
Ensure there is no buildup in the nozzle and clean if necessary.

Inspect Plug
-
Verify if the plug is still sealed from the factory, indicating the original motor.
-
If needed, open the plug to check for buildup or corrosion.

Maintenance Schedule
-
DJI recommends replacing motors and cylinders at 700 flight hours.
-
Monthly maintenance is advised for these inspections.
