Inspecting Frame on Agras T50 Aircraft

1. Purpose: Yearly inspection of airframe to ensure safety and prevent premature failure.

2. Inspection Process:

   • Start by removing the tank of the aircraft.

   • Shine a light into the corners and around the arm connectors looking for any damage to the aircraft frame.
   • Check all 4 corners of the aircraft.
   • Look square at the front of the drone to see if there are any bends or damage to the side frame rails.
   • Look around anything mounted to the side rails of the frame for damage hidden underneath.
   • Check the cable distribution and power distribution module videos for inspection the front and rear frame rails.

3. Maintenance Recommendation:

   • DJI recommends replacing frame after 700 hours of flight.
