J100 Not Following Terrain

Causes:

1. Drone could need a full reset
2. Drone could be behind on a firmware
3. Lidar could be malfunctioning

Solutions:

1. Restart the aircraft (including internal)

2. Check firmware (including cpu)
3. Check lidar connections and for damage.
   Click here for how to check Lidar for damage.
   If The Lidar is damaged, it will need to be replaced.
   Click Here for a new J100 Lidar.
   
   
4. Clean Ground Radar.
5. Replace Click here for a new J100 Ground Radar

Conclusion: 

Most common cause we have seen has revolved around the lidar whether it be a firmware bug or the lidar going out.
