Inspecting the Spray Power Board on the T50 Aircraft

Purpose: Part of the annual inspection process for the T50 aircraft.

Unplugging Connections and Removal:

Unplug all connections on the spray power board.

Remove the spray power board from the back of the aircraft.

Visual Inspection:

Check for dents or dings on the back of the board.

Ensure there is no damage and place it back in position.

Checking Plugs:

Inspect individual plugs for:
-
Corrosion.
-
Signs of water damage.
-
Chemical exposure.
-
Scorching.
-
Cracks.
-

Inspecting Silicone Layer:

Check for damage to the silicone layer to prevent water infiltration into the circuit board.

Replacement Recommendation:
-
DJI recommends replacing the spray power board after 700 hours of flight.
