Module Version Incompatible
New Batteries Coming in with Issues Updating/ Module Version Incompatible
The drone flys fine on these batteries, however, the only the issue is updating the drone and incompatible modules error message pops up.
Batteries with issues are on 06.01.00.12 firmware.
Aircraft updates will fail on this firmware.
Do all the updates with batteries not on this firmware.
Batteries come in the box with an A on top. (image below)
Batteries on 06.01.00.12 will prompt module version incompatible but no update is available
Solution:
Contact your local dealer to use a different battery to update your drone if you do not have a battery on a different firmware. Once updated, to a new firmware, the only issue will be the pop up message which can be ignored.
