DJI Pilot Needs to Join a Team

After you have gone through the activation process, take off is prohibited by app. Error message will say pilot needs to join a team.

Cause:

  1. Something was missed during activation or was a glitch.

Solutions:

  1. Logout and log back into your account.
    1. On the main screen hit the person icon and then scroll down to exit.
  2. Get on DJI Agmas website and make sure you have a team set up.

  3. Set up your real name authentication
    1. Hit the name next to your profile in the top right corner and go to profile.
    2. Do real name authentication.
