Power Distribution Board Inspection for the DJI Agras T50 Drone
Inspecting the Power Module on the Agras T50

Disconnecting Connections and Removing Cover

Disconnect all connections on the spray power module and ESC connections.

Remove the top cover and unscrew the power distribution board.

Inspecting the Power Module

Lift out the power module and check for any signs of water, chemical exposure, or corrosion.

Examine cables for strip back insulation, frayed wires, and check connections for corrosion or scorching.

Check the battery connection for bends, splits, corrosion, scorching, or welding signs.

Cleaning and Reinstalling
-
Lightly brush off any dirt with a nylon brush without damaging the surface.

Reinstall the power module after ensuring no damage.

Checking the Frame

Before reinstalling, inspect the back frame for cracks, dings, bends, or damage.

Maintenance Recommendation
-
DJI recommends replacing the power distribution board at 700 hours of flight.

This is part of the annual inspection.
