Inspecting Propulsion System Screws on the Agras T50

Check Prop Screws

Set torque wrench to 17 inch-pounds.

Ensure blue lock tight is applied.

Torque prop screws to 17 inch-pounds.

Check and re-torque multiple times to prevent loosening.

Motor Mount Screws
-
Use 4mm hex socket set to 40 inch-pounds.

Torque screws in motor mount from motor and through arm.

Ensure all screws are torqued to 40 inch-pounds.

Maintenance Recommendation

DJI suggests replacing motor mount screws and prop screws at 700 flight hours.
