Quick Start Guide for Activating and Updating the J-100 Drone

1. Log in to the J-100 app on the controller

   • Complete download to your account may take a few minutes.

2. Activate the drone

   • Take the drone outside for geo-referencing.

   • Insert the battery and power on the drone.

   • Link the drone to the remote by following specific steps.

3. Activate the drone in the device settings tab

   • Confirm activation to proceed.

4. Check for firmware updates

   • Navigate to firmware versions under device settings.

   • Upgrade firmware, sprayer package, radar, and motor packages.

5. Confirm RC upgrades

   • Check and confirm upgrades for the RC.

6. Review predetermined settings

   • Check for errors in settings.

   • Adjust radar or lidar settings for manual avoidance as needed.

7. Customize hotkeys for manual avoidance

   • Set manual avoidance settings as hotkeys in the controller settings to avoid landing issues.

8. Finalize activation and settings

   • Ensure successful activation and set up to avoid potential problems in the future.
