Annual Inspection of Radar Modules on Agras T50 Drone

Purpose: Inspect radar modules monthly for physical damage and ensure proper functionality.

Physical Inspection:

Check front and rear radar modules for exterior damage like cracks or dings.

Power Cycling:

Power cycle the drone and wait for radar modules to boot up.

Verify proper functioning by feeling slight vibrations as the radar spins.

Front Radar Module Inspection:

Open the front cover and unplug the radar module.

Check for corrosion, scorching, or damage on the cable and plug.

Inspect the entire cable for frayed wires before reattaching.

Rear Radar Module Inspection:

Repeat the same process for the rear radar module.

Check for scorching, corrosion, or pesticide buildup.

Ensure the cable is undamaged up to where it plugs into the board.

Maintenance Recommendation:
