DJI Rectification Required Before Executing Mission

This issue is typically because you are using a mapping software such as terra.

Checklist:

Make sure RTK is successfully connected to aircraft.

Make sure you are in the correct flight mode. If you selected Fruit Tree on Terra make sure to select Orchard on the T40 controller.
