RF Module Inspection for the DJI Agras T50 Drone

Inspecting the RF Module of the T50 Aircraft

  1. Check the Body of the RF Module

    • Look for dense dings or damage that could affect module function.

  2. Inspect the Plug

    • Ensure the plug is in good condition, not scorched, corroded, or physically damaged.

  3. Examine Cables

    • Check the cables connected to the RF module.

    • SDR antennas control the aircraft's connection to the remote.

    • RTK antennas control the aircraft's connection to GPS signal.

    • Ensure cables are not frayed, insulation is intact, and plugs are secure.

  4. Check the Thermal Pad

    • Inspect the thermal pad.

    • Replace the thermal pad if necessary for proper cooling of the module on the aircraft frame.

  5. Maintenance Reminder

    • DJI recommends replacing the RF module after 700 hours of flight.

    • Part of annual maintenance.
