Spraying Power Board Inspection for the DJI Agras T50 Drone

Inspecting the Spray Power Board on the T50 Aircraft

  1. Purpose: Part of the annual inspection process for the T50 aircraft.

  2. Unplugging Connections and Removal:

    • Unplug all connections on the spray power board.

    • Remove the spray power board from the back of the aircraft.

  3. Visual Inspection:

    • Check for dents or dings on the back of the board.

    • Ensure there is no damage and place it back in position.

  4. Checking Plugs:

    • Inspect individual plugs for:

      • Corrosion.

      • Signs of water damage.

      • Chemical exposure.

      • Scorching.

      • Cracks.

  5. Inspecting Silicone Layer:

    • Check for damage to the silicone layer to prevent water infiltration into the circuit board.

  6. Replacement Recommendation:

    • DJI recommends replacing the spray power board after 700 hours of flight.
