      STEPS FOR WARRANTY CLAIM

      1.DOCUMENT THE CRASH OR ISSUE 

      Take images of drone at crash site or take images/video of issue being experienced Note date and time 

      Note potential cause of crash 

      1. UPLOAD FLIGHT LOGS 

      Note: Only needed when the drone has crashed or if the drone is acting in an indescribable manner. 

      Only need to export Avionics – Other category 

      Only 3 flight logs per QR code being uploaded 

      If needed, multiple QR codes can be submitted. 

      1. FILL OUT ASD Agras Repair Request Form VIA THE HUBSPOT LINK Note: Order Parts Using Online Store and once approved we will reimburse. Agri Spray Drones

      • Customer Name 
      • Email 
      • Phone Number 
      • Drone Serial Number 
      • Video of damage or issue 

       



      • Images of drone from both sides
      • Images of damaged parts
      • Image of errors or issues
      • Images of major component serial numbers
      1. Repair Drone & Ship Parts
      • Dealer Repair 
      • Customer Repair
      • Ship Faulty Parts to Agri Spray Drones — Warranty Parts Department
      • !!!! Agri Spray Drones 30 Day Warranty Part Return Policy Agreement !!!!
        • For all DJI warranty claims, you MUST return all parts associated with each incident to Agri Spray Drones within the allotted time frame of 30 days after receiving DJI approval for warranty. You will be notified by Agri Spray Drones with the decision by DJI. If you claim is denied by DJI, we do not need your parts back.
