Flying Your DJI Agras Spray Drone Legally

Overview

  • To operate the drone you will need a Part 107 certificate, part 137 certificate, a 55+ pound weight exemption, and a state pesticide applicator license if required by your state.

  • You can find information on part 137 regulations with this link
  • Our regulations consultant will do the first part of your 137 in conjunction with your 55+ exemption (44807)
  • You will then have to contact your FAA FSDO (FAA inspector) to finalize and obtain your Operating Certificate.

  • This can be done through our consultant. This exemption will allow you to comply with part 107 55 pound regulation.

State Pesticide Applicator Licensing
