Key Steps disassembling and reassembling.
1. Remove Bottom Cover and Unplug Dongle 0:00

Pop off the bottom cover of the remote.

Unplug the 4G dongle from the remote.

Locate and remove the two 3mm black screws at either end of the bottom.
2. Remove Chrome Screws and Bar 1:02

Use a 2.5mm hex head screwdriver to remove the two chrome screws.

Set the screws aside and pull out the bar.
3. Detach USB-C Cable 1:30

Carefully pull the back of the remote away, applying force if necessary due to double-sided tape.

Pull down gently to avoid damaging the USB-C port.
4. Remove Rubber Covers 2:07

Use a small flathead screwdriver to pry off the rubber covers from the antennas.

Be cautious not to damage the covers as they can be re-stuck.
5. Unscrew Fan Cover 4:02

Remove the two small screws holding the fan cover in place.

Use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry off the fan cover.
6. Remove Additional Screws 5:44

Remove the two screws in the plastic casing below the button (coarse threaded screws).
7. Release Tabs and Split Case 7:07

Push down on the tabs on each side of the remote to release the casing.

Use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry the case apart.
8. Disconnect Battery Cable 9:19

Unplug the cable connecting the two batteries before proceeding.

Carefully lift out the batteries and set them aside.

Remove any additional screws holding internal components.

Remove the four screws located underneath.

Plug in the small cables back into the board.
