T40 & T20P - Tightening arm mounting pins

Objective

To ensure proper drone arm tightening and maintenance to prevent arm shaking and potential drone failure during flight. This can be done for the Agras T40, T50, T30, T20P, and T25

Key Steps

1. Check Arm Tightness

   • Ensure that the arm is fully tightened to prevent shaking.

   • Check for play in the arm by wiggling it up and down.

   • Tighten the arm mounting pin until there is no noticeable movement.

2. Inspect Arm Connector

   • Check for cracks in the arm connector that may lead to arm failure.

   • Ensure the arm connector is fully seated to maintain proper tolerances.

3. Check Cam Locks

   • Ensure that cam locks are tightened fully to prevent premature wear on the arm.

   • Adjust the connecting rod to tighten or loosen the cam locks as needed.

Cautionary Notes

• Leaving arms loose for too long can lead to sleeve busting and potential arm failure mid-flight.
