Using Quick Point with Autel Evo Max4T XE
Using Quick Point with your Autel drone
Step 1: Open the Menu
- Tap "Menu" (the text button in the top right corner of the screen)
Step 2: Find Quick Point
- In the menu that opens, look under the "Missions" section
- Tap "Quick" (it's the third icon in the Missions row)
How It Works
- Immediate Navigation
- Tap any point on the map
- The aircraft automatically flies directly to that location
- No pre-planning or setup required
- Flight Behavior
- Aircraft maintains its current altitude
- Uses current speed settings (Smooth, Standard, or Ludicrous mode)
- Flies in a straight line from current position to the selected point
- Camera Behavior (Key Feature!)
- During Flight: Camera automatically angles toward the quick point as the aircraft approaches
- Upon Arrival: Camera automatically looks straight down (90°) when the aircraft reaches the point
- This ensures you always have visual on your target throughout the operation
- Visual Feedback
- Shows a marker at your selected destination
- Displays a line from aircraft to the target point
- Real-time position updates as aircraft moves
- Camera view shows the approaching target
