“HUIDA provides the product warranty period for CUSTOMER counting from the product activation date.”

• Main parts - 1 year
• Wearing parts - 6 months (.5 year)

Performance issues covered by warranty:

“Any failure/malfunction not specified in the list above shall be not deemed as performance failure.”

Warranty Process:

1. Issue encounter and documented via photo and video.

2. Refer to Knowledge Hub articles and Agri Spray Drones support team for troubleshooting.  

3. Complete the Warranty form above if the issue cannot be solved and applies to the performance scenarios above. 

4. Warranty claim will be reviewed by Agri Spray drones and proper repair or replacement solution will be decided. 

5. Customer Purchases replacement part 

6. Warranty claim will be sent to Huida Technology and approved or denied. 

7. If approved, customer is reimbursed for part purchased.
