How to get the warranty filed for you DJI Agras Drone.
Step 1: Is your drone within the warranty period?
- DJI has a 12 Month warranty period on most products but there are a few caveats.
- Spray system components have a 3-month warranty period
- Structural components (arms, frame rails, arm latches, etc.) have a 15-day warranty period unless they cause a crash.
- These are for parts that are damaged from the factory or shipping processes.
- However, if a structural component fails before the 12-month period AND causes a crash, that crash can be considered a warranty after DJI reviews the flight logs.

Step 2: Decide who is completing your repair.
- Agri Spray Drones or one of our affiliates is more than happy to repair your drone for you. Contact your local dealer or contact our Tech Support Line at (573) 306-2818 (call or text) if you want the repair done by us.
- The rest of your process will be explained to you by your dealer or an ASD technician.
- Checking the Smart Farm app in the repair order section, under the drone serial number of the aircraft having issues, may help you to find the nearest Authorized Service Center.
- If you would like to complete your repair yourself, complete the next steps.
Step 3: Order your parts.
- Agri Spray Drones has an online parts store with every part to rebuild your drone available for purchase.
- If you have trouble finding the parts you need, we also have a parts diagram listed at the top of the parts store page to help you get the exact part you need.

Step 4: Fill out the Smart Farm Repair Form.
- This is the Repair Order on the DJI Smart Farm App listed under the drone serial number that is need of repair.
- CRASHES: Upload a flight log for one of the pictures of the drone. For help uploading logs watch this video here: Uploading Flight Logs
- ERRORS/ISSUES: We do not need the flight log if there is no crash. We will need one video showing the error/issue occurring then the drone serial number. This will be submitted in our customer warranty form.

Step 5: Fill out our customer warranty form.
- After you have received your order, BEFORE you install the parts on your drone, fill out our warranty form (listed below) and submit pictures of the serial numbers of all required new parts.

- NOTE: Failure to fill out this form will cancel your warranty, and you will not be refunded for parts cost.
Step 6: Send the old parts back to Agri Spray Drones.
- DJI requires us to keep all old warranty parts for a quarterly audit where we destroy the parts.
- You are required to send the parts back to Agri Spray Drones with Attention to Warranty at this address.

- NOTE: Failure to return warranty parts within 30 days will cancel your warranty, and you will not be refunded for the parts cost.
Step 7: Final steps.
- After you have completed all previous steps our tech team will file your warranty and reimburse you as soon as DJI approves your warranty.
- Agri Spray Drones has no control over the outcome of a warranty. Your warranty can be refiled up to 2 more times if there is legitimate reason to believe it should be covered. Agri Spray Drones also has the right to deny filing/refiling if the crash does not fit warranty criteria.
